The Student category includes all passengers from 18 to 26 years of age who study on a high school or at a college in the Czech Republic.

Within Prague, students can use approx. 50% discount on season tickets. To acquire a season ticket a student needs to have a chip card or PID pass "Student" with confirmation from the school.

These season tickets are valid in the whole area of Prague in all transport means and on all PID lines (except AE) for a specified amount of time. It is necessary to own a chip card (for electronic version of the ticket) or a PID pass (for paper version of the ticket). All these season tickets are non-transferable. Season tickets for Prague can be combined with short-term or season tickets for the outer region.
